NOTES:
Number of review copies for initial submittal on this date is six (6) full size.
Number of final copies for P&Z re-submittal on this date is twelve (12) full size folded and an electronic file in pdf or other readily usable format.
Number of final copies for submittal prior to Council Meeting is two (2) full size folded, one (1) 8 ½ x 11 and an electronic file in pdf or other readily usable format.
Failure to meet any of the above deadlines with the proper submittal materials will cause the project to be delayed until the next scheduled P&Z or Council meeting.
Final Plats-prior to approval by City Council all originals (copies are not allowed) of required recording material and maintenance bonds must be submitted. Upon approval by City Council seven (7) full size unfolded black line sets are required and one (1) reduced auditors copy to satisfy City and County recording requirements.
REZONING submittal deadlines are the same as above for P&Z. A written request for proposed rezoning by the property owner is required. For City Council public hearing notices must be published and 3 readings are necessary for approval.
The above schedule is subject to change. City staff reserves the right to make all agenda and scheduling changes. *Note meeting is scheduled for the second Monday in July & September due to holidays.
