The Planning and Zoning Commission is a seven-member board that meets on the first Monday of the month at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. This is a five-year term. Members shall be residents of the City and qualified by knowledge or experience to act in matters pertaining to the development of a City plan.
The Park and Recreation Commission is a seven-member board that meets on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers. This is a three-year term. Members shall be residents of the City and oversee parks, playgrounds, leisure time programs and activities, promoting the health, welfare and well being of the citizens of the City.
The Board of Adjustment is a five-member commission that meets as needed on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. This is a five-year term. This Board hears appeals to the Zoning Ordinance.
The Library Board of Trustees is a five-member board that meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at 5:00 PM in the Library Conference Room. This is a four-year term. This board oversees the Library operations.
The Cemetery Committee is a 5-member committee that meets as needed on the second Thursday of the month in the City Hall’s Conference Room. This is a 4 year term.
